All three Amaq T-20 Cricket Tournament finals lineups set

RIYADH — The finals lineups for the three Amaq T-20 Cricket Tournament have been set following semifinals in the Premier I, Premier II and Super Cup here recently.
Al-Eid will face NAB in the Amaq T-20 Super Cup final, while Falcons is set to take on Game Pro in the Premier I Cup title fight and the Premier II final will be played between Indian Strikers and Konkan Green. Riyadh Cricket League (RCL) is organizing the tournament.
In the first match, NAB beat Pakhtoon Khawan by seven wickets. Batting first, Pakhtoon Khawan made 153-8 in 35 overs. Khalid Khan made 33, Fawaz Khan 32 and Altaf Khan 20. Imran took three wickets, while Basharat Shah grabbed two and Usman, Abbas and Jameel Khan bagged a wicket each. In reply, NAB achieved the target for the loss of three wickets. Imran made 42, Basharat Shah remained unbeaten on 41 and Azhar hit 22. Majid Khan took two wickets and Arshad Khan one. Imran picked up the Man-of-the-Match award.
In the second match, Game Pro thrashed Mughal by 80 runs. Batting first, Game Pro scored 225 runs for the loss of six wickets in 18 overs. Dilshad scored 53, Moiezuddin 43 and Abdul Majid 39. Qasim took three wickets and Sami one. In reply, Mughal could score only 145 for the loss of five wickets in 18 overs. Zahid made 50, Sajjad Shah 37 and Khuram 20. Zakariya took four wickets, and Imran one. Zakariya Hasan was named the Man-of-the-Match.
In the third match, Falcons thrashed Star XI by seven wickets. Batting first, Star Eleven made 117 runs in 20 overs. Imtiaz hit 33, Abbas 30 and Amir 17. Nadeem and Sohail took three wickets each, while Moazzam took two and Zahid and Siraj grabbed one each. In reply, Falcons reached the target for the loss of three wickets in 15.2 overs. Zahid played well and remained unbeaten on 56, Farrukh was 21 not out and Nazim hit 18. Shakeel took two wickets and Majid one. Zahid Rizvi grabbed the Man-of-the-Match award.
The fourth match saw Indian Strikers defeat Cricketers by 19 runs. Batting first, Indian Strikers scored 202 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. Junais hit 66, Shahin 33 not out and Faizullah 30. Zeeshan and Sunil took two wickets each and Zeeshan one. In reply, Cricketers were restricted to 183 for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs. Zeeshan made 50, Zaheer 31 and Zeeshan Khan 27 not out. Anees and Yashik took two wickets each, while Sunil grabbed one. Junais was named the Man-of-the-Match.
In the fifth match, Kokan Green defeated Karachi Titans by nine runs. Batting first, Kokan Green was bowled out for 151 in 20 overs. Mansoor scored 41, Majid 26 and Muazzam 16. Moin took three wickets, Afaq two while Rizwan, Salim, Bilal and Zonair one each. In reply, Karachi Titans was restricted to 141 runs in 20 overs. Rizwan made 41 runs, Bilal 23 and Jamshed 18. Mansoor took three wickets, Siraj and Imran two and Faheem one. Mansoor won the Man-of-the-Match honors.
In the sixth match Al-Eid beat Mehran by 35 runs. — SG
