STC launches new package of smart devices and tablets
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 13 - 01 - 2013

Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) sustained its distinct corporate standing by exclusively providing the Saudi market with the latest smart devices and gaining its customers precedence in this respect.
STC crowned its past brilliant record of accomplishment by offering customers 68 diverse models of smart devices together with the exclusive provision of luxurious smart devices for the first time in Saudi Arabia, which reflected positively on customers and made them more familiar with the latest telecom breakthroughs.
The initiative was built on a host of smart packages that fulfill customers' needs, professional choices and purchasing power. Such success moved STC to further enhance its partnerships with the world's most reputable smart devices manufacturers, and to invite more partners to share this success story and enhance the services extended to customers locally, regionally and globally.
Designing smart device packages rested on the provision of these devices to customers for free or at a reduced price. The packages launched by STC were met with unrivaled popularity as their design was grounded on deep marketing research and specially earmarked for the latest generation of smart devices at competitive prices.
Every package was built to exclusively provide, depending on category, a specific number of free calls, monthly internet package and other benefits that allow customers to prioritize their personal preferences whether at work, on a trip or in school.
With respect to after-sale services, STC continues to operate the best support centers throughout the Kingdom that are orchestrated in collaboration with its global partners.
STC support and after-sale services are evolving continuously in harmony with its partnerships with the developments at the world's most influential mobile handset manufacturers.
STC operates a program that exclusively allows customers to replace their functional and nonfunctional mobile handsets with new ones instead of discarding them.
STC handles this program via highly trained employees stationed in its branches located in major Saudi cities like Al Ghadeer Branch at Exit 5 on King Abdulaziz Road in Riyadh, Prince Sultan Street Branch in Jeddah, and Al Muntazah Branch on Dhahran Street in Al-Khobar. The devices are evaluated for their current quality and condition, and an appropriate price is offered to customers. — SG
