Published in The Saudi Gazette on 09 - 12 - 2012

FOUR Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre has opened its doors to a newly renovated The Grill restaurant featuring a delectable new offering and fantastic new features that have been unveiled at a glittering launch party attended by ambassadors, top VIP's, corporate clients, among others.
During the event, Greg Pirkle, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, welcomed all guests and thanked owner Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal Al Saud, Chairman of Kingdom Holding and Engineer Talal Al Maiman, Executive Director of Kingdom Real Estate Development for the opportunity and support during this renovation.
The Grill Restaurant reflects the spirit and energy of the flourishing commercial hub and international business city of Riyadh. Contemporary in design, the restaurant now features a central majlis which gives an oriental twist to The Grill's concept.
Guests can now enjoy a wide variety of grilled imported meats, fish and fresh seafood all prepared to one's personal preference by Chef Jeon Chulhoon in a semi-open kitchen. Signature dishes include Wagyu beef, sea bass and grilled hamor fillet and light avocado cream. The Grill's exciting new a la carte menu includes more than 40 dishes and is available for lunch and dinner. On weekends the restaurant serves up a delicious BBQ dinner, while guests are also invited to try the brand new three-course business lunch menu, available every day. The Grill is also the ideal spot for private events, from corporate receptions to social celebrations, with its choice of serene outdoor poolside seating, or comfortable and elegant indoor seating.
The Grill can be found on the Hotel's first floor by the poolside, next to the Spa & Wellness Centre. With its new contemporary décor, open-to-view display kitchen, a wide variety of dishes and friendly attentive service, The Grill is set to become the premium lunch and dinner venue for hotel guests as well as the capitals' residents and visitors. — SG
