JEDDAH – Kenwood, the world's leading company in food processing machines, through its exclusive agent in Saudi Arabia Ahmed Abdulwahed Co., organized live "Cooking Shows" with the participation of the international Lebanese Chef Richard Al- Khouly, for the third year in a row.
Following the great success of the two previously held annual live cooking festivals, Kenwood's third live cooking festival titled "Cooking Shows" was presented in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam July 9-11.
Commenting on the events, the Sales Manager of Kenwood for Home Appliances in Saudi Arabia, said: "As the holy month of Ramadan is getting closer and families in Saudi Arabia are getting ready to receive and be prepared for it, and based on our experience in the Saudi market, we anticipate high demand on electric home appliances, especially on Kenwood food processing machines for its high-efficiency, durability and in view of its great assistance to housewives in the kitchen."
He added: "We anticipated that organizing of live cooking shows with the participation of the famous Lebanese chef Richard El-Khouly would help housewives get ideas about preparing some dishes from various parts of the world with the help of highly sophisticated electric home appliances from Kenwood. The live cooking shows gave them great opportunity to see by themselves how Kenwood home appliances can help in quick and safe preparation of delicious dishes."
El-Khouly lauded the events, and said: "The cooking festival of this year was amazing; I have collected some great recipes from around the world to prepare them with the help of Kenwood electric home appliances which can do a lot in the kitchen. This year, a number of the audience participated in preparation of some dishes and were given the opportunity to practically test Kenwood appliances and performance."
During the festival, Kenwood showcased some of its wide collection of electric food processors such as "Kenwood Cooking Chef" and other machines for blending, mixing, and chopping vegetables and meat, as well as juicers, ice cream making machines, bread roasters, and many other machines which help ease and speed food preparation. This is in addition to the provision of all other equipment and supplies that chefs need to be able to prepare best and most delicious dishes.
