The Special Penal Court Monday started looking into the case filed by the Prosecution General against 29 terror suspects. The Prosecutor General leveled several charges against 25 Saudis, two Moroccans and two Yemenis, which include joining an Al-Qaeda terrorist cell, supporting and funding terrorist acts within the Kingdom and abroad, firing at security men with the intention of killing them while they were carrying out their duty resulting in the death of one security man and injuries to 12 people, planning to target oil installations, kidnapping non-Muslim foreigners and carrying out acts of terrorism and sabotage within the Kingdom and abroad when they were released from prison. The charges also included planning to hijack American, British, Italian and Australian airplanes in order to strike several locations in the US, purchasing material and equipment used in carrying out acts of terror, targeting a base belonging to the US forces in Qatar and carrying out terrorist acts in Bahrain. __
