THE world's first Ferrari-branded theme park, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, announced exciting new plans for the year ahead at the Riyadh Travel Fair, cementing its compelling family entertainment proposition for Saudi visitors traveling to the UAE this summer. The iconic indoor theme park located in the heart of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi's leisure, entertainment and hospitality hub, announced that a brand new experiential ride, a new show production and a host of family-friendly activities will offer guests even more reasons to visit the Park this year. The brand new ride “Viaggio in Italia - Flying over Italy” - a beautiful family experience that lifts guests into a giant inverted dome and takes them on a virtual flying journey over Italy - opens this month. Once aboard the ride, guests experience a multi-sensory aerial adventure through Italy's breathtaking countryside and cityscapes, pursuing a Ferrari along the course of the famous Mille Miglia road rally. Special sensory effects including mist, wind and scents create the sensation of really soaking in the sights, sounds and aromas of Italy. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will also debut a stunning new entertainment show soon. The show will replace La Gara and in the true spirit of Ferrari and Italy, it is set to be a lively and spectacular production. – SG __
