Woman lobs a bag of flour over Kim Kardashian's head while the star launched her perfume in Hollywood This isn't a spritz of dry shampoo gone horribly wrong — Kim Kardashian was attacked by a flour-wielding woman at her perfume launch in LA Thursday. Kim was left covered in the stuff after a woman basically strolled onto the red carpet and dumped it all over her head. The reality star was understandably shocked and legged it backstage while the woman was detained by the police and taken away. The 30 year old was promoting her new perfume line True Refection at The London Hotel at the time, arriving in an electric blue blouse and leather trousers. Kim was happily chatting to the press when she turned to see the unidentified Asian lady lifting a sandwich bag full of flour (how organized) and emptying the contents all over her nice face. She turned and managed to avoid a mouthful, but ended up getting it clogged up in her hair extensions. While Kim dusted herself off with mum Kris Jenner in a private room at the west Hollywood hotel, the fire department were called in to double check the substance, which was identified as cooking flour. And thanks to the help of her 298 strong entourage and a decent hairdryer, Kim re-emerged with a big grin on her face a few minutes later to the sound of cheers.
