Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announced the launch of "Government Directory" Application for free, via the Apple Store on the Internet. Mobily said this Application will allow residents to easily and conveniently access various governmental bodies; and that it can be easily downloaded on any iphone device by simply visiting the store. The application consists of governmental institutions' contact numbers and email addresses from different regions across the Kingdom, allowing subscribers to search and contact these numbers directly from their application, Mobily added. Mobily has launched a number of applications on the Apple Store that is available on the Internet such as Ramadaniyaty, Hasanaty and many others, not to mention Mobily App; which allows subscribers to transfer credit, locate Mobily's branches across the Kingdom, view bills, and many other services that are offered by Mobily. Moreover, Mobily previously launched a Mobily Developers Forum which targeted all Developers in the Arabian Region, in order to develop for Mobile phones, Applications that are compatible with the Arabic and Islamic Identity and would enrich the Arabic Content over the Internet. Soon after, Mobily then exposed these Applications under the company's account on the Apple store website. In addition, it launched advertising campaigns to encourage and promote the use of these Applications in the Apple and Application Developers' world.
