Amma Peravai Riyadh, the Pravasi organization of AIADMK (All India Dravida Munnetta Kazhakam) of Tamil Nadu, is organizing a one-day Blood Donation Program on Feb. 24, Friday, at the King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh. This program is organized by Amma Peravai in connection with the 64th birthday of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and AIADMK General Secretary, Puratchi Thalaivi (“Revolutionary Leader”) Dr. J. Jayalalitha. This program already has blessings from Dr. Jayalalitha. All interested donors from age 17 to 65 can go directly to the hospital's blood bank. The hospital will take only a quarter of a liter of blood. Donation time is from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Amma Peravai invites all interested individuals to the public meeting from 7 p.m. onwards, during which eminent doctors will give talks on medical issues of Pravasis at the Ramada Hotel Auditorium Batha.
