Sabbour Developers project takes Egyptian investment to Dubai
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 13 - 04 - 2017

CAIRO — Sabbour is one of the leading real estate developing companies in Egypt. They showcased their new projects in Cityscape Egypt 2017 including Rukan, their Dubai based project through which they aim to expand their property investments platform whether in Egypt, Dubai or Barcelona.
Rukan Compound, is the newly launched project by Landmark -Sabbour- in Dubai, through Hussien Sabbour's Dubai based company Continental Investment. It is a residential compound that displays Arabian culture combined with modern context.
Rukan comprises retail areas and residential units of stand-alone villas, twin houses, town houses and apartments, and exquisite homes that match the choices of lifestyle.
The compound has luxurious facilities such as a club house, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, nursery, biking lane, retail area, facility management and kids area.
The project occupies approximately 2,600,000 sq ms. with total footprint around 30% and the rest are public areas and greeneries. The project is located in Wadi AlSafa, Dubai Land behind the Arabian ranches, less than 10 minutes away from Mall of the Emirates.
At the beginning, more than 10 million EGP had been allocated for this project.
Rukan compound is highlighting the huge existence of Continental Investment Company -Sabbour- in the future development of Dubai real estate investment. Rukan was first established in 2012.
The compound units have different models and sizes. The smallest studio in Rukan compound costs about 450,000 AED. The project will be handed over in 2019.
Last month, Continental Investment Company -Sabbour- handed over their middle of Dubai Marina based project — The Continental Tower — a residential tower with 29 floors. The units are two bedroom apartment and duplexes, all overlooking the marina, linked with all facilities including shops over the marina promenade.
Many projects have also been launched by Sabbour Developers in Egypt through their companies, Sabbour Consulting Company, Al Ahly for Real Estate Developments Co. -Sabbour-, owned by Hussien Sabbour and Landmark -Sabbour- owned by Ahmed Sabbour. All Sabbour developing companies have over 52 projects delivered by the management and owners across the region since 1957 — more than 50 years in consultancy, over 20 years in real estate development.
Some of their recent projects include Amwaj-Sidi AbdelRahman in the North Coast, Platinum Club in New Cairo and many others in Ain Sokhna and Sharm El Sheikh.
