Telangana women workers should use E-Migrate system

RIYADH – Indian Embassy's Anil Nautyal, counselor, community welfare, said a large number of women workers from the south Indian state of Telangana are coming to Saudi Arabia through Illegal channels and facing a hard time here in the Kingdom.
During his tenure at the Embassy while dealing with several cases he found this trend among the women of Telangana. He advised Indian job seekers to come to the Kingdom legally. "Using the E-Migrate system will ensure 100 percent job security," he added.
He made this statement during the induction ceremony of Telangana NRI forum (TNRIF) at the outskirts of Riyadh where large number of Indian community members are present.
Nautiyal invited TNRIF to help fellow Indians by connecting to the people from Telangana through Telugu language and praised the work done in Jeddah and Riyadh especially of Haj volunteers.
The function started with the recitation of the verses of Holy Qur'an by Mohammed Abdulaziz.
Kundan Lal Kotwal, AGM, Air India Riyadh, guest of honor at the event, lauded the services of Indians for the fellow community members. He termed these community services as outstanding. He said, "For the past year people of Riyadh have made me a family member, and I see every individual is doing welfare work and organizing various function at regular interval by organizing cultural programs, blood donation camp etc."
He stressed on the necessity to form an apex body by bringing all the organizations under one roof as it will help in better coordination and improved results. He also expressed the necessity to organize an India book fair and India food festival showcasing the vibrant India on a large scale and work for the betterment of our country.
Mohammed Jabber, president, TNRIF, said in his welcome address that Riyadh Chapter started 10 months ago and it was active in Jeddah since past 20 years for the betterment of Indians living in Saudi Arabia, especially from the state of Telangana.
Jabbar said TNRIF is the first Telangana forum, which worked in Haj as volunteers from the past three years and expanded the activities in other parts of Saudi Arabia. He thanked the Indian Embassy and Consulate for their support.
Dr. Mohammed Ashraf Ali, president, AIUS said in his speech that NRIs in Saudi Arabia are not aware of the state and central government schemes. The government of India is always concerned for Indians. He congratulated the Indian Embassy and Nautiyal for doing a great job of helping Indian community through the welfare department, which works 24 x 7.
Former Managing Committee member IISR Dr. Dilshad Ahamad said, "People of Telangana need to work on educational sector for the upliftment of the community. It is evident that financially Telangana is one of the leading state in India."
Mahmood Misri, vice president from Jeddah, thanked the TNRIF for giving him the opportunity to work for the community. He also said that organizing Haj volunteers every year is a big hit as we help many Indians during Haj.
On this Occasion TNRIF, president introduced the newly inducted members Syed Waheeduddin, chief advisor, Abdul Majeed, advisor, Mohammed Ateeq, Incharge cultural Riyadh chapter and Azmath Qureshi, general secretary.
Nautiyal presented traditional shawl and flower bouquets to the new members.
Members of Young Talent Musical Group Mirza Omer Baig, Syed Sayeed, Sajeed Ali, and guest singer from Jeddah Syed Abdul Rafay, Mohammed Khayam presented several hit numbers from Bollywood.
Jabber felicitated Nautiyal and Kotwal by presenting shawls and mementos. TM. Mohammed Mubin conducted the proceedings and Abdul Majeed proposed vote of thanks.
