Kicks arrives in Nissan Petromin showrooms
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 11 - 03 - 2017

PETROMIN, Nissan's authorized Kingdom-wide dealer, has announced the arrival of the 2017 Nissan Kicks in all Nissan-Petromin showrooms across the country. The widely-anticipated small SUV model boasts attractive exterior and interior designs, with advanced technology features and excellent driving performance.

Nissan Kicks was named ‘2017 SUV of the Year' by the Inter-American Federation of Automotive Journalists earlier this year. It has also earned many other honors including ‘Best Vehicle' and ‘Best SUV of the Year' from Car and Driver magazine in Brazil.

The Nissan Kicks is an SUV designed to deliver both convenience and performance. Boasting a signature floating roof, premium interiors, and a 7-inch full-colour digital display, the 2017 model has attracted great national interest and is now a welcome addition to the diverse range of cars already available at Nissan-Petromin showrooms.

The new model uses state-of-the-art technology to give drivers a virtual 360-degree birds-eye view of the vehicle, with selectable split-screen close-ups of the front, rear, and curbside views, making it safe and easy for all types of parking. In addition, the car's advanced engine, lightweight design, and a virtually gearless transmission means the Nissan Kicks is fuel-efficient, consuming just 6.1 litres for every 100km traveled.

Commenting on the arrival, Tony Barlow, Chief Operating Officer of Petromin Automotive Services, said: "We are excited to be bringing this advanced high quality model to Saudi Arabia for the first time. The Nissan Kicks is a small SUV that delivers great value with its attractive price range, and we are confident of strengthening our reputation as the leading car dealer in the Kingdom with its arrival. Coupled with Petromin's extensive network of after-sales service centres and workshops, our customers will also benefit from the added value and unbeatable customer experience we deliver."

The Nissan Kicks is available in seven different colors, and offers a variety of innovative features including zero-gravity seats that maximize comfort, automatic climate control, and push button ignition.

Customers can choose between two grades with different options, including choices on trim levels and interior design. The Nissan Kicks 2017 will have a price ranging between SR61,500 and SR 73,200 in Saudi Arabia.

Nissan-Petromin supports its clients with a widespread network of sales showrooms and after-sale services, and currently operates in Riyadh, Madinah, Dammam, Al-Hasa, Al-Khobar and Jeddah. In addition, the company is aiming to expand in 2017 to a total of 16 showrooms, 850 Petromin-Express Quick Service Centers, 36 Petromin Auto Care Workshops and 32 Nissan Spare Parts outlets.
