The more often recruiters connect with job seekers, the more points and rewards they will receive on a monthly and annual basis. It encourages more companies to play a part in tackling unemployment. All recruiters and employers using Bayt.com are automatically eligible for the program. They will be able to collect points based on their day-to-day activities, including advertising jobs, searching CVs, viewing applications, inviting job seekers to apply, contacting job seekers, and, of course, hiring job candidates.
