Bayt.com launches unique plan to encourage hiring in ME
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 07 - 03 - 2017

Bayt.com, the Middle East's #1 job site, has recently launched a new rewards program to show appreciation for recruiters and employers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The more often recruiters connect with job seekers, the more points and rewards they will receive on a monthly and annual basis. The program is in line with Bayt.com's mission of empowering people and fueled by the jobsite's desire to empower employers who are committed to hiring in the MENA region. It encourages more companies to play a part in tackling unemployment.
All recruiters and employers using Bayt.com are automatically eligible for the program. They will be able to collect points based on their day-to-day activities, including advertising jobs, searching CVs, viewing applications, inviting job seekers to apply, contacting job seekers, and, of course, hiring job candidates.
"This program is our thank you to employers who create employment opportunities, a thank you to them for hiring people and for making the region and the world a better place," said Ola Haddad, Operations Manager at Bayt.com. "We want to encourage all recruiters and employers to be even more active and engaged with the 28 million professionals who are currently registered on Bayt.com.
The Recruiter Rewards program is another initiative to improve the connections between job seekers and employers and empower them all in leading their careers of choice."
"We are firmly committed to providing the most effective hiring solutions and ensuring that job seekers and employers in our region are able to connect and swiftly fulfill their professional needs," said Suhail Masri, Vice President of Employer Solutions, Bayt.com. "We currently serve over 40,000 organizations who use our platform for finding and hiring their talent.
With that in mind, we launched the Recruiter Rewards Program to recognize and appreciate the efforts of the individuals behind the employment process."
Monthly and annual rewards will be issued to the most active recruiters on the leaderboard. Those with the most rewards annually will be gifted an all-expense paid trip to Dubai to attend the Bayt.com Annual Top Employers event. In addition, recruiters will have access to exclusive Bayt.com events, upgrade to an Elite Profile, receive personalized certificates of appreciation; a gift from Bayt.com's CEO; and media recognition by Bayt.com.
