ASHRM forum to discuss future investment in human resources

The 14th Arabian Society for HR Management (ASHRM) international conference will discuss best ways for investment and development in Saudi and Arab human resource, and prepare the new generation to work in the future, get benefits in the future, face the exceptional challenges in labor market in upcoming 25 years, and reflect on human resources in society development.
The conference is bringing together speakers from the elite and big companies all over the world, along with 500 regional and international HR and business professionals and expertise. It will be held under the theme "The Future of Work" on March 21-23 in Dubai at Marriott Marquis Hotel, under the patronage of Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Abdulhadi A. Al-Mansouri, president of the society, said.
Al-Mansouri said the conference will host around 50 Saudi college students to provide and train them on successful strategies in human resource management. He added "the conference will help shape people and organizations for the future, and provide them with techniques that help them to compete to achieve success."
He assured that the association care to held this conference to empower leaders in Saudi Arabia and middle east, help them to discover ability for human resource, provide them with effective management model to get the maximum benefit from them and shape young people to be add value in companies and organization in their countries.
He further said ASHRM's mission is to promote the human resource profession and advance the human capital capabilities of organizations within the region. It aims to achieve the strategic objectives such as taking a lead role in developing HR professionals in the GCC region, assisting organizations with developing their human capital, developing a regional body of HR knowledge and gaining international recognition through collaboration with other international HR bodies.
