Alinma partners to renew their cards thru ATMs

Alinma Bank announced the launch of Alinma "MADA" Card and "Purchase Credit Card" replacement and renewal service, as well as resetting PIN codes through selected ATMs in different regions of Saudi Arabia. This new service covers a selected set of Alinma "MADA" cards, namely classic, golden, Platinum and Alinma Purchase credit cards.
The service has been inaugurated in several ATMs in the Central, Western and Eastern regions and there will be a regular increase in the number of ATMs supporting this service.
Partners can avail of this new service by following easy steps: They should first log in to their personal accounts through Alinma Internet or Alinma smartphone application, then selects "card services". Through this screen, they should create a PIN code for the service and later they will receive a text message on their mobile phones registered with the bank to confirm the request. Partners can identify the nearest location of ATMs supporting this service by clicking "ATMs supporting the service" option and a list of such ATMs will appear. At the selected ATM, the partner should enter the required data, namely: Alinma ID number, service and activation codes and then chooses the card and finally the required service (card's replacement, renewal or PIN code reset).
Fahad Al Samari, General Manger of Retail Banking Group, said Alinma endeavors to provide "up-to-date services". "We care about our partners through the provision of an advanced technological environment that has been established according to the highest and latest standards in the banking industry," he noted. He added "we have gained and are still gaining, the results of this excellence and the efforts exerted and supervised by Alinma qualified and knowledgeable Saudi staff. This is evidenced by the many awards the bank has won recently, including the "Best Bank in Partners Service" Award, the "Best ATM Card in KSA" Award from the Banker Middle East magazine which is specialized in banking industry and two (2) awards from «Islamic Business & Finance Awards» for 2016.

Since the first day of launching its operations, the bank introduced ATM cards and Credit cards obtained instantly from its branches.
