With over 100 companies contending for this honor across the Kingdom, Dell EMC ranked highest in fostering a unique and stimulating workplace culture that attracts the very best of the talent in the technology industry.
Living up to the promise that Dell and EMC are better together, Dell EMC in Saudi Arabia was applauded for its remarkable integrated employee diversity practices and programs. Dell EMC's rise within the Saudi workplace rankings has been exceeding expectations for the past five years. Building on this momentum, Dell EMC earned the number one position as Great Place to Work in technology and the second position across all industries for making a concerted effort to inspire the kind of high performing work culture that attracts and sustains talent, delights customers and delivers results. Great Place to Work analysts assess great workplaces based on two assessment tools: The Trust Index Employee Survey and the Culture Audit© Management Questionnaire. Through these tools they concisely evaluate the perceptions of employees that accurately underpin their workplace culture. While two-thirds of the participating company's score is based on the confidential feedback received from employees, the remainder of the score comprises of an audit of management and HR practices, under which Dell EMC topped the Great Place to Work 2016 list in Saudi Arabia.
