It also includes LegoLand, a Hollywood-inspired park called Motiongate, a water park, restaurants, shops, and a Polynesian themed family hotel covering 30.6 million square feet.The AED 13.2 billion Dubai Parks and Resorts is planning for another park site and is gearing up for the rollercoaster-heavy Six Flags, which on its own is estimated to cost AED 2.6 billion.
