RIYADH — Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Naif, deputy premier and minister of interior, emphasized the importance of redoubling efforts to achieve the fundamental objectives of integrating safety and security of the homeland and citizens. He also lauded the efforts exerted by the Agency for Regiment Affairs at the Interior Ministry in maintaining the Kingdom's security. The Crown Prince made the remarks during a meeting of the high ranking officials of the ministry and the security agencies at his office in Riyadh on Tuesday. During the meeting, the Crown Prince was briefed on the executive procedures of the Agency in carrying out its military and security duties of supporting the security authorities in the southern regions as well as the armed forces. Those who attended the meeting included Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, advisor of the interior minister, Gen. Saeed Al-Qahtani, assistant minister for the affairs of operations, Abdullah Al-Hammad, assistant minister for administrative and financial affairs, Gen. Abdul Aziz Al-Huwayrini, director general of General Investigation, and Lt. Gen. Khaled Al-Harbi, commander of the Special Emergency Forces.
