Panasonic launches latest HD visual communication solution

PANASONIC has rolled out the latest HD Visual Communication solution, KX- VC1000 to a steadily growing regional audiovisual solutions market, which is expected to cross $2.76 billion this year. The model is latest addition to the KX series HD visual communication line up from Panasonic, which includes KX-VC1600 and KX-VC1300 in the region.
A leader in providing innovative visual communications systems, the Japanese manufacturer expects to achieve strong success with the new addition to the KX series, by offering a range of new features including dual network capability, a control unit for multiple site connection and better interaction between Mobile devices and sub camera images.
The KX – VC1600 features cutting-edge built-in MCU for 6 site connection can be expanded to 10 connections whereas KX VC1300 comes with 4 site communication MCU. KX-VC1600 has a dual network capability to connect from intra and the Internet, allow participants to connect seamlessly inside and outside offices.
The new KX – VC 1000 unit is fully interoperable with Legacy Systems, third party VC systems and can be optionally expandable to support dual monitors, allowing uninterrupted interaction between PC Content and Sub-Camera images, to realize effective videoconferences without restrictions on time or place.

In addition to the unique features of KX – VC1000, is a Point to Point VC system which is expandable to 4 site connection with an optional license, supports conventional protocol - H.323 & SIP, and a communication bandwidth of up to 18Mbps 60 Fps from day one, and a single display (optionally expandable to dual display) and single network support, which are sure to make it one of the best Visual Communications Systems available in the regional audiovisual solutions industry.
