Investcorp, a global provider and manager of alternative investment products, announced Monday that it has, together with its portfolio company SecureLink Group NV, acquired the United Kingdom's largest independent cybersecurity service provider, Nebulas Solutions Ltd. Founded in 2001 in London and employing 50 staff, Nebulas provides a broad range of IT security products and services including managed security services and cyber threat intelligence to predominantly mid to large enterprises in the United Kingdom. Combined with the recent acquisition of Scandinavia's Coresec Systems, SecureLink and Nebulas will operate across six countries in Europe, employ over 550 members of staff and generate more than €235 million in revenue.
