One hundred male and female Saudi students will have the opportunity to study at the prestigious Harvard University in the US as part of a leadership development program aimed at giving young Saudis the chance to develop their capabilities in their field. The program is an initiative of Misk Foundation, chaired by Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy crown prince and minister of defense, and is sponsored by Saudi Aramco in partnership with Harvard University. The program is one of Misk's key initiatives, designed to help the Saudi community learn, develop and progress in areas such as business, literature, and cultural, social and technological sciences. The foundation states that education is a fundamental pillar for development and progress, and the basic pillar for building human talents capable of creativity and leadership at all levels. The charity said the partnership with Harvard University reflects an interest by international organizations and institutions in showcasing their educational and development cultures and highlights the potential of young Saudis.
