It was announced in company's Annual Leaseholders Meeting held here in Dubai. The meeting was attended by several investors and top executives from the developer. With an estimated cost of AED500 million, the Ewan Residences spans over two million square-foot area in Dubai Investments Park, consisting of 83 buildings – each block comprising 10 two-bedroom and two one-bedroom apartments. Ewan Residences is a secure, gated community with beautifully landscaped gardens with community facilities. Being in close proximity with the New Dubai, Expo2020, business districts of Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, the Lootah Real Estate Development anticipated the need for an overhaul, branded it as ‘The Ewan Rise' as a project, which includes complete revamp, renovation and restoration. The Ewan Rise project master plan will build additional retail and F&B zone, clinic, kids' pre-nursery care center, fitness club, recreational and outdoor community amenities, revamped community swimming pool, tennis court, relocation of mosque in the heart of Ewan Residences, skate board park, longer bicycle and jogging tracks and private plantation area for all residents. One of the major achievements this year has been the listing of Ewan Residences in RERA Rent Index. The residents are now able to see current rent of their apartments in Rental Increase Index over Dubai Land Department website and can register their Lease Agreements by themselves. The executive director reiterated the commitment of making the Ewan Residences a leading community for high executives and their families in Dubai Investment Park.
