Speaking to Saudi Gazette, Public Relations Account Executive of the company Feton AlRefaei explained that HotelGate offers booking services to travelers all around the world from bunk beds to royal suites for more than 400,000 global hotels. "We have different services from hotel bookings to holiday packages. Our thematic objective is to share and carve your valuable moments into memories," she said. AlRefaei further said that they regularly check the most three visited countries from Saudi Arabia for each category and work on getting the best offers and prices. HoteGate is aiming to add a personalized modus operandi and module to approach the consumer with spare choices. HotelGate will be having a continuous follow-up with the website customer from the day the person books his trip until he is back to his home, aiming that the client had a special experience. About the company's strength that differentiates them from other online traveling agencies, AlRefaei explained that "first of all, in general, each business follows its unique mechanism.
