Dirk Nowitzki went over 23,000 career points, Vince Carter had his highest-scoring game in Dallas and the Mavericks stretched their winning streak to four games with a 102-76 victory over Milwaukee Friday night.
The defending NBA champion Mavericks (6-4) are finally on a roll after an 0-3 start.
Nowitzki became the 23rd NBA player with 23,000 points. He finished with 11 and his 23,008 career points are third among active players behind Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett. Brandon Jennings scored 19 points for the Bucks (4-7), who were without 7-foot center Andrew Bogut (concussion-like symptoms).
Pistons 98, Bobcats 81: Jonas Jerebko tied a career high with 22 points and the Detroit Pistons won the race to three victories against the Charlotte Bobcats.
The Pistons were able to snap their streak behind the inside play of Jerebko and Greg Monroe, who chipped in with 19 points and nine rebounds. The Pistons dominated inside, scoring 50 points in the paint through the first three quarters to open a 78-59 lead.
Pacers 95, Raptors 90: Tyler Hansbrough made two key free throws with less than 15 seconds to play and the Indiana Pacers overcame the ejection of leading scorer Danny Granger to beat the Toronto Raptors. George Hill scored a season-high 22 points for the Pacers, while Roy Hibbert fouled out with 15 points and nine rebounds. Hansbrough and David West each scored 13.
76ers 120, Wizards 89: Jodie Meeks tied a career high with 26 points, Lou Williams had 19 and Spencer Hawes added 10 points and 10 rebounds to help the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Washington Wizards.
Rockets 103, Kings 89: Kyle Lowry's 25 points led five double-digit scorers and the Houston Rockets beat the Sacramento Kings.
Former King Samuel Dalembert added 21 points and 16 rebounds, and Luis Scola also had 21 points and grabbed 11 boards. Tyreke Evans scored 27 points for Sacramento.
Timberwolves 87, Hornets 80: Kevin Love scored 34 points, Ricky Rubio hit the tiebreaking free throws in his first career start, and the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the New Orleans Hornets.

Spurs 99, Trail Blazers 83: Tony Parker scored 20 points to help the San Antonio Spurs beat the Portland Trail Blazers and stay unbeaten at home.
Nets 110, Suns 103: Deron Williams had 35 points, his most since coming to New Jersey at last season's trade deadline, and 14 assists as the Nets held off the short-handed Phoenix Suns for just their third victory in 12 games this season.
