Emaar Middle East, the subsidiary of global developer Emaar Properties, has awarded the construction contract for its new ‘Emaar Residences' in Jeddah Gate to Arabian Construction CO (ACC), a leading construction company in the region. Located in the heart of Jeddah Gate, the integrated master-planned community by Emaar Middle East, ‘Emaar Residences' features three high-rise towers with only 283 homes including penthouses. The homes are located in close proximity to a wide range of leisure, recreation and retail facilities. Drilling work for the project, which was launched late last year, has started.
