The Investiture ceremony for Guides, Bulbuls and Bunnies was conducted in the International Indian School Dammam, Girls Section. Following the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an, the Principal and HOI Dr. E K Mohd. Shaffe delivered the welcome address. The promising new Bulbuls and Bunnies were introduced and inducted to the family of IISD Scouts & Guides movement. The Guest of Honor for the day Dr. Syed Hamid, principal of IIS Jubail & Scout Commissioner, inspired and enlightened all with his motivating speech. He also administered the pledge to the guides. The Prep Bunnies presented an enchanting performance to get into accord with the wisdom of nature and realize the brotherhood with the jungle and the animals. The Bulbuls of the Upper Primary Girls Section showcased a musical dance that evoked the true spirit of patriotism. The responsibilities of an ideal Scout and Guide were briefed through an enactment by the Guides. Vice-Principal Mrs. Dhanalakshmi Ramanujan proposed a vote of thanks. The presence of esteemed Principal and HOI Dr. E. K. Mohd. Shaffe, vice principals and heads of various sections boosted the morale of the students. — SG
