Published in The Saudi Gazette on 14 - 05 - 2016

FORD Motor Company, through its sole dealer and distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies (AJVA), has opened a brand new 3S (sales, service, spare parts) facility in Jeddah.
Spread over a plot of 42,266 square meters on Al Haramain Road in the Alrayyan District of Jeddah, the new showroom features numerous workshop bays, including 90 bodyshop, 26 general service, 18 quick service, and 18 diesel bays, which complement the sale of both new and used Ford vehicles, as well as parts, on site.
While the great number of service bays at the 3S facility aids a speedy visit, customers have the convenience to access the service lounge in the reception area while they wait, as well as the large prayer room at the center.
AJVA has also recently opened a Ford branch comprising a small showroom, 11 Quick Service bays, and a spare parts department, on Umm Alqura Street in Jeddah. A separate Quick Service facility with 10 bays at Alwadieen, Khamis Mushait region, is close to completion and will open imminently.
In 2015, AJVA sold 47,565 Ford passenger vehicles in Saudi Arabia, the Expedition proving most popular in the Kingdom with 14,126 new units being handed over to happy customers.
With a number of new models being launched this year and an aggressive product plan to bring 30 new vehicles to the Middle East and Africa by 2020, AJVA plans to add four more 3S facilities by the end of next year to provide a welcoming environment with world-class amenities to Ford customers.
"Together with our partners in the Kingdom, Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies, we are exceptionally proud of this new 3S facility, which represents another step in Ford's expansion in Saudi Arabia, on an important path to further enhance the Ford ownership experience throughout the country", said Kalyana Sivagnanam, vice president marketing, sales and services, Ford Middle East and Africa.
Mohammed Abdullah Fahad Alkraidees- Assistant General Manager -Finance at Al Jazira h Vehicle Agencies said: "This is the 29th 3S facility which Aljazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. opened since its establishment in 1986, and it still gives us the same overwhelming feeling of pride and joy which we had at the opening of our very first facility.
Privileged to be the sole dealer and distributor of Ford & Lincoln in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gives us the commitment and motivation to showcase Aljazirah and Ford's world-class amenities through the opening of such welcoming facilities. Our expansion plans are growing and meeting our customers' satisfaction by giving them an exceptional customer experience is our number one priority."
