Mövenpick Hotels unveils big discount for summer revelers

DREAMING of a summer vacation is a much-loved activity around the world and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has even made summer wallets swoon over its promotional summer offers. Discounts of up to 30% are offered at several properties in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, for stays from June 1 to August 31, 2016. The booking period started on May 1, 2016.
One of the best deals can be found on the beaches of Taba in Egypt, not far from the spectacular Colored Canyon in the Sinai desert. At Mövenpick Resort Taba, rates start from only USD 56 per night including half board. A holiday in Egypt can also be coupled with a few nights in Cairo near the Giza Pyramids, where prices commence at USD 77 including breakfast.
Lead-in rates in Europe start from $77 (€67) at Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Golden Horn. Fascinating Istanbul, along with eternal classic Paris, were recently included the Top 5 TripAdvisor Traveller's Choice World Destinations of 2016. Paris is also a host city of the 2016 UEFA European Championships from June 10 to July 10.
The Middle East has plenty of sandy beaches and a great focus on family entertainment during the summer. Dubai is a favourite, offering rates from $72 (AED263). Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has six properties in this captivating destination and the annual Dubai Summer Surprises family festival takes place from July 9 to August 27, 2016. Families may also consider Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba on Jordan's Red Sea coast, which recently launched parent-child activities like weekend ‘Famolympics', treasure hunts and cooking classes.
In Asia, rates from $80 (THB 2,800) can be booked for a night in bustling Bangkok, while the upscale hotel company's latest opening on the Thai beaches of Pattaya, have sea view room rates starting at $110 (THB 3,840). For a summer holiday in the Philippines, Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu offers an entry-level rate of $126 (PHP 5,810).
Special summer rates are available for several other destinations during the booking period from May 1 to August 31, 2016. The 30% promotional discount is offered on Best Available Flexible Rates for stays from June 1 to August 31, 2016, if booked on movenpick.com before August 31. Additionally, guests who book on the company's website also receive a $20 restaurant voucher.
