Al Khozama highlights hospitality industry leadership in Saudi Arabia
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 01 - 05 - 2016

AL KHOZAMA Management Company continues to strengthen its premium position in hospitality, with the recent signing of two global partnerships that elevate guest experiences in their properties in Saudi Arabia.
The Kingdom's leading luxury commercial property development, management and investment company, which is already partnered with world skincare and spa operator ESPA at its five-star deluxe Al Faisaliah Hotel, will assume exclusive rights for the brand across Saudi Arabia. Two new luxury ESPA spas are due to open in Al Khozama properties currently being developed: the Al Faisaliah Resort & Spa at Durrat Arriyadh which opens later this year will feature ultra-luxurious separate male and female spa facilities; and the Al Khozama Lifestyle Club and Spa – a private men's club and spa located in the new upscale Hotel Al Khozama in Riyadh.
Al Khozama has also confirmed a partnership agreement with Ultratravel Collection, to offer its renowned guest loyalty programme in two of the company's premium properties in Riyadh – Al Faisaliah Riyadh, and the Al Faisaliah Resort and Spa, the capital city's first resort.
Outlining the company's latest developments at this year's Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, Hussein Hatata, Vice President – Hospitality Division of Al Khozama Management Company, said: "The new partnerships add further value to the premium hospitality offering that Al Khozama continues to develop. They also enhance our ongoing contribution to the development of the industry in the Kingdom, and showcase our properties alongside other world-class hotels around the world."
Al Khozama's first resort property in Riyadh, the Al Faisaliah Resort and Spa, which is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2016, will set new standards in luxury hospitality. The unique property situated within a 154,000m2 lush green oasis enhanced by eco-friendly water features, includes 121 guestrooms, 31 luxurious suites and 10 stately private villas each with an outdoor swimming pool.
With a wide range of gourmet culinary venues, the spectacular ESPA ladies and men's spas with a signature treatment menu created exclusively for the resort, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, an 18-hole miniature golf course, and a Kids Club, the leisure facilities at Al Faisaliah Resort and Spa are unmatched in the city.
The resort also provides the perfect setting for unforgettable events, weddings and special occasions.
Hatata moreover said: "The Al Faisaliah Resort and Spa benefits from both of the newest partnerships signed by Al Khozama, with its luxury ESPA spa offering and the Ultratravel Collection loyalty programme rewarding guests for their patronage and offering exclusive benefits. We look forward to extending this or similar value to all Al Khozama properties in our portfolio."
