Panda Retail, the leading Saudi retail company in the region, has reinforced its strategic partnership with the Ministry of Interior (MoI), Public Security – Traffic Department. Both parties have recently joined forces to highlight the ‘Your Decision, Your Destiny' campaign, which was launched as part of the 32nd Gulf Traffic Week activities. Panda hosted security patrols of the Jeddah province in its branches and facilitated their interaction with the public, where the key messages of the ‘Your Decision, Your Destiny' campaign were communicated. They explained how the campaign addresses individuals to raise awareness on their role in cooperating with security patrols, in order to enhance the overall safety levels, as well as the importance of supporting traffic officers to achieve traffic safety for everybody.
Muwaffaq Mansour Jamal, CEO at Panda Retail, said: "Our cooperation with the Saudi Ministry of Interior is part of our strategy to strengthen our partnerships with government entities in the interest of sustainable community development. Our support for the ‘Your Decision, Your Destiny' confirms the coherence between the campaign's objectives and our main values; which are centered around emphasizing the security and safety values within the community, while constantly developing innovative platforms to educate the society."
During the ‘Your Decision, Your Destiny' campaign, security patrols distributed educational leaflets that highlighted main safety issues for locals and residents, and urged them to comply with traffic safety instructions. In addition, Panda and MoI branded giveaways and gifts were distributed.
