The Saudi Arabian Airlines has completed preparations to start direct scheduled flights between Riyadh and Maldives effective from March 30. There will be two weekly flights between the Kingdom and Maldives. The General Authority of Civil Aviation President Sulaiman Al-Hamdan, who is also chairman of the board of General Organization of Saudia; Saleh Al-Jasser, director general of Saudia; and other senior officials will attend the ceremony to receive the first flight landing at Maldives airport on March 30, Saudia said in a statement.
