Published in The Saudi Gazette on 10 - 02 - 2016

IN line with its commitment to expand presence in the Middle East region, Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, a subsidiary of the SABBAN Group of Companies, has officially opened its state of the art customer facility and office that is located at the Sabban HQ Building in Sari Road.
The announcement was made at a launch event hosted by Issam Al Sabban, CEO of SABBAN Group, and Arron Browne, Managing Director of SLOANES Real Estate KSA.
"Today, with the launch of a dedicated customer centre in Saudi Arabia, SLOANES Saudi Arabia has achieved a significant milestone," said Issam Al Sabban. "The inauguration of this new facility in Jeddah is a testament to our commitment to expand our presence in Saudi Arabia and invest in developing high quality and modern infrastructure that will serve as market benchmarks in the country."
The launch of SLOANES Showroom in Jeddah follows the unveiling of its plan at Cityscape Jeddah 2015 to become the exclusive agent for a unique residential development titled ‘Bayat Plaza' in Jeddah. A full mock-up ‘Bayat Plaza' apartment has also been made available for viewing at the newly inaugurated Sloanes Real Estate Showroom. Interested buyers can now experience first-hand the distinguished lifestyle and luxury offered by the project, and take advantage of off-plan sales. The ‘Bayat Plaza' project also marks Saudi family owned SABBAN Group's first real estate venture of this kind in Saudi Arabia.
Located off the intersection of Madina Road and King Abdullah Road in Jeddah, the ‘Bayat Plaza' project is the first of its kind mixed use real estate development for the SABBAN Group in Saudi Arabia, and is being developed by Manazil, Sabban's development arm. The project will include two neighboring towers that will offer 272 luxury apartments including 2 bedroom apartments, 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes and 5 bedroom penthouses.
Residents of ‘Bayat Plaza' will be serviced by over 1600 SqM retail space spanning across the ground floor level, as well as unrivaled residents' facilities on the first floor. This will include a mini market, stylish cafés and food outlets, designer boutiques, a state of the art gymnasium, dedicated children's play areas and the unique Bayat Sky Gardens.
"The SLOANES Showroom has been aesthetically designed for our customers to view our offerings in a relaxed, comfortable and inspiring environment," said Arron Browne. "The SLOANES customer facility in Jeddah is expected to be the hub of our forthcoming real estate ventures in Saudi Arabia, starting with the exciting Bayat Plaza development, which goes on sale today, and we are confident that our customers will enjoy the unique experience as they discover a host of exciting investment opportunities with SLOANES in Saudi Arabia."
As of February 2016, construction of ‘Bayat Plaza' is 50% complete and development is expected to be ready by the end of 2017. Prices for apartments set to start from SR1,000,000 and can be reserved with just 10% deposit payment.
