More than 60 artists from across the region have written instructions that anyone can use to make a new work of art. do it بالعربي will be open to the public at Sharjah Art Foundation's Bait Al Shamsi from 23 January to 23 April.
Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition 42- runs until 20 March and celebrates local Bahraini art at Bahrain National Museum.
Emy Kat's "The Ever Lasting Now" is a documentation, which aims to capture the beauty of a slowly disappearing heritage being held at Nassief House, in Old Jeddah. ‘The Everlasting Now' seeks to provoke questions such as ‘what happened to this heritage?' ‘Why has it been neglected for so long?' but most importantly, ‘what can be done to preserve it?. The exhibition runs until April 7.
Wind and Art Don't Care About Border- The art show in Beirut aims to be a small tribute to freedom of expression, to love for diversity and mankind. It runs until February 7. The exhibition combines the artworks of Etel Adnan, Ai Weiwei, Antony Gormley, Anish Kapoor, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Pascale Marthine Tayou and Jose Yaque.
