Barclays has been awarded ‘Best Investment Bank' in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region by EMEA Finance at the Middle East Banking Awards. The award recognizes Barclays' leading position as a top player in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) across the MENA region; leading on a wide range of high profile advisory and capital market transactions for sovereign, corporate and financial institutions. The judging panel of EMEA Finance also highlighted Barclays' key achievements over the past 12 months which were driven by one of the largest and most senior on-ground investment banking teams in the Middle East.
