Gensoul Juniors Orange, Red and Violet score wins

JEDDAH — Junior Orange of coach Glenn Musngi beat Junior Black 45-39 in the 3rd FAME Gensoul Basketball Tournament in Jeddah recently.
Russel Jon Carlo Carbo top scored with 13 points for Orange and was adjudged the Gensoul Player of the Game. Job Emmanuel Acedera led Black with 10 points.
Midget Black of coach Donald Doloso defeated Yellow of coach Raffy David 35-19. Edison Arellano scored 7 points for Black to win the Gensoul Best Players of the Game honors. Justin Durante netted 12 points for Yellow.
Fame Gensoul Basketball Tournament is organized under the leadership of Sam Sabangan along with Edwin Gonzales (Tournament Commissioner) and Joel Silvestre.
Junior Red of coach Sam Sabangan edged Junior Grey 77-72. Erian Jake Sena contributed 35 points for Red and was adjudged the Gensoul Player of the Game. Mohammad Acub led Grey with 33 points.
Seniors Yellow of coach Joel Silvestre beat Seniors Green 87-85. The scores kept changing sides up to the final whistle. Arwin Virtucio scored 28 points for Yellow and was named the Gensoul Player of the Game. Donald Dolloso top scored with 23 points for Green.
In matches played on Friday, Midget Grey of coach Ali Gaspar beat Midget Orange 65-48. Alexander Adam Romualdo scored 23 points for Grey and was adjudged the Gensoul Player of the Game. Michael Maddatu led Orange with 29 points.
Juniors Violet of coach Henry Alipante defeated Juniors Yellow 59-58. Benjamin Joseph Virtucio top scored with 32 points for Violet and took the Player of the Game honors. Gerry Acosta scored 33 points for Yellow.
Juniors Orange beat Juniors Blue 64-62. Russel Jon Carlo Carbo recorded 22 points for Orange and was named as the Player of the Game. Romualdo Yatco top scored with 19 points for Blue.
Midget Blue of coach Ernel Paner defeated Midget Violet 31-20. Aldrin Joe Francisco led Blue with 16 points and was adjudged the Player of the Game. Gabriel Carbo had 10 points for Violet.
Seniors White of Alex Roca beat Seniors Red 99-77. Nelson Umlas top scored with 17 points for White and was declared Player of the Game. Jomar Nalus had 29 points for Red.
