The forum's 10th anniversary under the theme “Arab Spring: What's next?” in view of the exceptional changes in the Arab world this year, will be held on Dec. 5-7 in Dubai under the auspices of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoom, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and ruler of Dubai.
