People swearing allegiance to Naif Bin Abdul Aziz as Crown Prince of the Kingdom demonstrates the solidarity of the Saudi people. It is a reality that underlines the value of loyalty to the country's leadership. Across the world, there is a general consensus among Arab and Muslim as well as Western leaders that Crown Prince Naif plays a major role in combatting terrorism and deviant thoughts. Prince Naif earned respect and appreciation of people in the Kingdom, the Ummah and the world for what he has accomplished since he became Minister of Interior. During the past four years of serving the country as Minister of Interior, Prince Naif launched a crackdown of Al-Qaeda in the Kingdom which forced its leaders and its members to flee the Kingdom. Several were also arrested. The people swearing allegiance to the Crown Prince is a natural result of his endeavors to make the country secure and safe for everyone. His great deeds deserve the people's loyalty. It also reflected the people's trust and love for King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, a leader who gives a great consideration for dialogue, reforms and development in serving the people. Under the leadership of King Abdullah, the Kingdom has become prosperous over the years to make people enjoy the fruits of their labor. In his first statement after his promotion on Saturday, Crown Prince Naif praised the King for his wise leadership during a troubled time in the Arab World. Prince Naif said: “He succeeded in making the Kingdom peaceful and stable ... thanks to his wise leadership. Otherwise, we would have been hit like others. But thanks to Allah, we have a good and capable King, and a decent people.” __
