It will soon emerge as the tallest condominium tower in Mazatlan. Spread on a 4614 square metres area, the Hydra Beach Front Waves Tower will have 172 fulltime condominium units. The Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower will be the first structure of its kind to boast a 500-square meter rooftop restaurant. The second phase of the project has a 26-storey, five star hotel towers with 500 rooms and a group of three 18-storey timeshare buildings on the seafront. The hotel is designed to herald tourists into hitherto unseen or unheard zone of luxury while the one thousand apartments coming up in the vicinity will provide accommodation to those seeking their own residential space with a sea view. The second phase also includes a 1,000-seat conference center, shopping centre and a ballroom hall.
