SAMACO, the exclusive dealer of Volkswagen cars in Saudi Arabia, was the Platinum Sponsor of the recent German Catalogue Show and Breakfast held in Riyadh and Al-Khobar. The show was organized in cooperation with a business delegation from German Industry and Commerce for Saudi Arabia and Yemen. In all, 18 German companies that have a presence in Saudi Arabia with their products, services and partners, participated in the events. Andreas Hergenrother, a delegate, said in reference to Samaco's sponsorship, "we are proud to have business partnerships like Samaco's, which have shown that German-Saudi cooperation is a story of success." The annual event aims to strengthen relations between dealers of German products in Saudi Arabia and German business authorities. "German Industry and Commerce for Saudi Arabia and Yemen is working actively to strengthen Saudi-German relations by offering its services to Saudi and German companies," said Bandar Al Turki, Samaco Automotive Central region general manager. "Volkswagen cars are the hallmark of German brands and enjoying a steady increase in sales," Al Turki said.
