day Madina Real Estate and Construction Forum 2011 starting on June 18 will showcase recent developments and projects in the real estate market. As one of the most important real estate events in the region, it provides both developers and individual buyers the opportunity to interact and get the latest information on housing and financing options. The 6th edition forum which Knowledge Economic City (KEC) sponsored, will also reveal existing investment opportunities within KEC and how to be engaged as a developer, investor, and operator. In addition, KEC will also unveil the achievements in the development progress of its first residential community project Dar Al Jewar – the first residential gated community in Madina, the achievements in the development progress. Khaled Abdulgader Tash, KEC Vice President for Marketing and Sales, will be presenting the project's components, progress, and plans in a special session in the second day of the forum.
