Thousands of Students of King's Program for Foreign Scholarship in US Universities Graduated

The Embassy's Cultural Attachأ© Mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the United States of America honored yesterday, 12,500 male and female students representing the 7th batch of the graduates of Two Holy Mosques Program for Foreign Scholarship, who have completed the requirements of their graduation from various US universities and received PhD's, Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in different disciplines and specialties marking the beginning of their working lives.
The honoring ceremony was patronized by the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Al-Anqari in the presence of the Saudi ambassador to the United States of America Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir and a large number of parents of male and female graduates in addition to those who are still on scholarships within the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Foreign Scholarship and who are expected to be graduated in the coming years and finish their studies and accompany their fellow graduates to return to the home armed with scientific and practical expertise.
In his key speech before the gathering, Dr. Al-Anqari congratulated the graduates and their parents on the accomplishments that have been achieved, thanks to Allah Almighty and the highest qualifications they have obtained that prepared them for the practical life armed with all sorts of experiences and knowledge.
Then, the cultural attachأ© of the Saudi Embassy in Washington, Dr Mohammad Al-Isa explained that the number of graduates in this seventh batch of Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Program for Foreign Scholarship reached 12,500 male and female graduates of whom about 80 are male and female doctors in various medical specialties; 600 male and female dentists; 124 male and female physicians received the fellowship in their specialties; 92 received the Ph.D. and 30 Master's degrees.
He pointed out that graduates' universities included the strongest and most prestigious ones that are internationally classified, such as Princeton, Harvard, MIT, Yale, Columbia, Stanford and others.
Dr. Al-Isa further indicated that that the number of female graduates exceeded 5,669 graduates of whom 275 received PhD's and 2345 received Master's degrees, while the number of male graduates exceeded 6,831 graduates.
