Uncovering a terrorist cell is a possible issue among the disorders spread in the Arab Homeland which are used by some powers of which each one turns the direction of such disorder in a way that achieves its targets. Some of such targets are clearly hostile while others are covered by a religious spirit for abusing people's emotions. However, the distinguished factor that accompanied uncovering the terrorist operation has been the involvement of electronic war in operations field through abusing social media operations for working undercover through a secret code which facilitates their tasks. The other aspect has been the involvement of the woman as a member in such undercover cell and abusing her easily through stirring her emotions and targeting them towards fatal terrorist targets. As long as every terrorist claims a private Islam restricted on him and his organization; what's going on in the Nigerian field by "Boko Haram" of kidnapping two hundred girls and selling them in Slave Market provides a picture of the chaotic new terrorism which distorts Islam through an awry sort of it that has abandoned its belongingness since its early start. On the Arab level, the history of Muslim woman in modern struggle has never been out of the range of the legitimate right of struggling for the sake of doctrine and homeland but through different behavior. We witnessed how the woman led the behavior of self sacrifice in Algeria and Palestine for the sake of a national duty about which no human who seeks the victory of the national freedom and the defeat of injustice, regardless of its source, disagrees with her. However, the woman who is among the terrorist organizations cells is a killer for a Muslim who disagrees with her belief and thought. This is the difference between the two trends due to that the woman has a humanely duty which is totally different from terrorism or recruiting her children for the sake of a thought that made her a victim for herself & a murderer mother. The new sells have targeted the same targets of the old cells that have sought destroying and killing the people with whom they have hostilities or Fighting some foreign groups in various places of the globe. The same principles are being repeated but with different people in different times. It is the development of such operations through recruitment and receiving of aids and taxes from supporting members that has changed the dealing method with the present case especially in regard to using the technology mechanism and believing that it represents a safe shelter that cannot be monitored and detected. The present Arab condition, which is witnessing the weakness of the state in Arab spring countries, the brotherhood with some regional powers such as Iran, the allies with some countries like Iraq & Syria, and the transformation of Libya to a source of arms and a supporting environment, has helped in the new return of the terrorist cells growth in the whole region including Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, the difference between them is that the grip of most of the states has become softer while dealing with the terrorist organizations, especially in neighboring countries like Yemen which needs Arab and international aids for driving it out of its new reality. The important thing is that in spite of the start of the terrorist activity in the Kingdom and its subsequent rise; it has been forced to retreat later under the strikes of the security fist which has developed its practical and technological techniques and faced the simulators of terrorism through active counters. Thus, terrorism in the Kingdom neither affected its internal security nor the citizen's trust in his security bodies. This result has led to stability and resisting the terrorists behavior through applying the mentality that refuses the principle or believing in the crime or implementing it even if the content is a tempting Islamic one as our country represents the country of the very original real Islam. The same thing applies on the external world as neither the flow of the commercial and economic operations has stopped nor the conditions of the Kingdom have become uncomfortable for the millions of jobs seekers, pilgrims, Umrah performers or external investments businessmen which duties are critical in regard to security. The standard here cannot be measured through the reality that has enrolled the Kingdom among the list of the countries targeted by the terrorists as the strong grip applied on the joints of such powers has provided the state and its bodies with the factor of anticipating the events and applying sudden attacks for striking such powers in their secret locations. Thus, they have been deprived from the opportunity of success or practical victory.
