Human Resources Development Fund has launched "Hadaf" has launched the "Hard Work Reward" program yesterday for stimulating the job seekers whose names are registered in "Hafez" to joining their jobs rapidly and to keep working in it. The said program provide such job seekers with financial rewards after joining the job and keep working in it which reach the level of SR 24000 provided through three or four installments during a period of 24 months as a maximum limit starting from the date of starting the duty in the entity and through the commitment in regard to their regular attending in their jobs. During the press conference held yesterday in the Fund's location in Riyadh; Ibrahim Al-Muaikel, Director General of Human Resources Development Fund, has said that the stimulus program dedicated for the job seekers whose names are registered in "Hafez" is aiming at completing the stimulation system through Nationalization wages Reward provided to the entities. He clarified that the program has been applied after realizing that 51% of the nominees that have been employed by "Hafwz" in the private sector have accepted the job offer during the last month of the provided period. He added that this is the reason that led "Hafez" towards adopting some stimulus procedures which help the beneficiaries to join the functional opportunity rapidly, avoid waiting until the last moment and keep working in the same job.
