The military training witnessed by our armed forces, national guards & Ministry of Interior which is sponsored by His Highness Crown prince & Minister of Interior Salman Bin Abdul Aziz is the biggest, most important, most organized and most prepared in various conditions, in addition to that it applies the highest and most recent technologies required by the modern various forces. Our forces are defensive rather than hostile. We have never entered into an armament race for the sake of objectives other than preserving our own security. Such armament has never been for the interest of any regional or external authority or power. Our preparations have been built on the base of our needs for being prepared for a condition or a case that we have never chosen or that may be imposed on us, especially if we consider that we are surrounded by a circumference full of conspiracies and collapses which is looking for a weak point to inter through in addition to declaring the pubic threats that we read and heard from every Iranian high official (who is) declaring his religious, racial and sectarian hostility for every Arab and Muslim, whether Sunni or Shiite, who is belonging to this nation. "Saif Abdulla" Maneuver represents a part of running a virtual battle. It is similar to the preparedness of any major, medium or small power which is considering the possibility of a war launched by a gambler party or a party of pervious bad intentions. The experiences and proceedings witnessed by our area during the bipolarity stage and after it taught us that the powerful arm should be built inside one's own country rather than being borrowed or sought from abroad due to that there are no guarantees for a state before the political variable situations and interests. Thus, the Kingdom is supposed to make the peace time a preparation time for the potential emergencies and, consequently, obtain the means of power through its various formations and diverse resources together with the preparedness for running the emergencies via a sense of expectation and monitoring through eyes that never sleep and trained national competencies that gained modern wars principles and its various methods through practice. National security is a public responsibility about which no bargains can be made. We do know that all world countries, whether advanced or underdeveloped, are spending the highest percentage of their resources / revenues for the sake of protecting themselves and becoming ready for emergencies related to a potential enemy. This situation represents a characteristic of the history since the stage of stones wars until the stage of the arms run by modern age technologies. When the Kingdom declares such training and makes it a witness; it is not seeking to expose its power or to look for a field away from its objectives via wasting the time through media operations. The Kingdom is practicing its natural right through considering that the military deterrent is the only means for protecting its decision, independence and safety of its nation and land from any party or country. Friendship is an acknowledged issue as a human behavior in regard to forming relationships that respect each party's rights. However, such friendship does not last long enough if the attitudes have become divergent and pathways have become multiple. Thus, the weaker party shall be a target foe the stronger party in most cases. All world wars had been used for targets that consider the gains as per the principles found to be achieving the interests. We do not have regional or other than regional ambitions but we realize that some of our targets should be having enough preparedness for achieving our security. The advanced weapon is sought by the manufacturing and importing states at the same time. In this regard, localizing or nationalizing this industry represents the ultimate goal as a long term project due to that the international peace had not become stable after the two world wars except after possessing the nuclear deterrent weapon by those powers as such possession led to abandonment of the arms and preserving the political maneuvers for reaching solutions and avoiding the mass destruction wars. Our region which is witnessing political and military battles has become a conflict center. This leads us towards realizing that he who controls the deterrent factor shall possess the modern power and this is what the Kingdom is seeking through diversifying its sources of arms and training its military soldiers through modern military schools. Today's training is the result of a long term work that shall be, no doubt, an open field for gaining the knowledge and experiences from all international resources and schools.
