Dr. Shwaish Bin Saoud Al-Dowaihi, Minister of Housing, gas headed Kingdom of Saudi Arabia delegation and the Arab delegation who are participating in the works of World Urban Forum 7th course called "Justice in Urban development. Cities for the sake of life" in Medlen City, Colombia during the period lying between 5th and 11th of April, 2014. In the word delivered during this occasion; Minister of housing clarified that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is regarded as one of the Arab countries that marched rapid and trustful steps for achieving justice and equality in regard to provision of the adequate housing. He confirmed that everyone is looking for rich conversations with the experts and specialists and benefiting from them through forming the ideas and suggestions that serve the housing sector in the whole world. He added that Arab Housing Ministers Council has defined the equality of obtaining the house through cooperation with United Nations Program for Human settlements due to that it is the most important of its priorities. He stated that the result of this effort has been that the council habitat has decided in its 27th session held on 2012 to hold the Arab Ministerial Forum for Housing and Urban Development which has been organized through cooperating with United Nations Settlements Program. He noted that United Nations-Habitat board of directors representing United Nations Program for Human Settlements, through cooperation with Arab Ministerial Forum for housing and Urban Development has decided in its 24th session to treat the issues related to urban development in the general issues, in general, and housing, in particular.
