Finding new activities for employing women means dispensing the expatriates who used to do such activities and, thus, reducing the percentage of unemployment which is a target sought by everyone and that's why we welcome it very much. In this regard, Ministry of Labor has declared the start of Women Work Organization Third Phase through employing women in Women accessories sale shops. The said activities are divided into seven categories represented by selling feminine perfumes, Jalabiyaat (i.e. long gawns), shoes, bags, feminine socks, readymade women clothes & maternity care supplies or accessories. The Ministry has nee good enough when it has organized their work hours to avoid their contradiction with their familial duties, especially in regard to the work that exceeds 11:00 PM. However, all these efforts represent no more than the least that should be done as the Ministry is able to do much more. In this regard, I support what has been said by Dr. Fahd Al-Takhifi of that women unemployment cannot be got rid of through the program of "Women Accessories" only as the effective solution is applying the system of telework or remote work. I have already suggested the said remote work in an earlier article of Nethar, especially if we consider that it abandons the concern of some people of the work that includes interaction with men and does not contradict with women familial duties as she can work while being in her own house. Thus, why shall we be reluctant in this regard?
