Regretfully, we had been witnessing the conflicts in various areas in our Arab World thirty or forty years ago and we used to be told that they are marks of development and positive change towards a better future! The years that followed that stage proved to us, citizens of the Kingdom, that we are the ones who handled the responsibility of our development away from any conflict or dispute, from one side, and close to the initiatives of cooperation and understanding, from the other side. I still remember that we has passed through a tough and very hard time forty years ago when hostilities used to be spread around us under the claim of that they represent the pathway of the Arab modern development which is identical with the recent cruelty and loss method which are pervasive in no less than seven (Arab) countries. The problem of our Arab World is not the high percentage of population in some of its countries or the incapability of a state to avail or exploit its potential (natural) fortunes as what has been found or created are the cruel conflicts and the diverse poverty spread everywhere. What's the stage that Japan and even India has reached now? What's the stage that China has reached now? How it managed to make its communism a means rather than a target? The present target is represented by distribution of capabilities of living and diverse quality products which are being spread in most countries of the world. Can anybody believe that during that past of 60 years ago in the Arab world, when the multiple conflicts have started and claimed to be development methods, we have been living a better reality which is very far away from the present reality disability which is incapable of taking care of its people.
