It had been my pleasure to meet Dr. Abdulla Al-Rifaii, Dean of Media & Communication College in Al-Imam University & His Honor Dr. Ibrahim Al-Saeed, Deputy Dean of the Media & Communication College two days ago. The two gentlemen represent the very brilliant kind of people in regard to influential presence and competent awareness, especially in regard to existing conditions nature of which some are related to the nature The Kingdom's development variables which results are clear for everyone and others are related to the severe, totally unjustified Arab conflicts. I have been happy by their wise competent concepts and it pleased me a lot that we followed up together the distinctive features of our own present conditions. Al-Imam University is of a big concern for me due to, at first, its name which recall the memory of the first establisher of the Saudi State. What should be integrated with this known reality is that the said university should be an academic source for development initiatives of all fields in the Kingdom. However, what happened long years ago of its internal trend towards being of blockage perspectives led us towards understanding the practices of that simple understanding of concepts is similar to our understanding when we had been little children in "Dekhna." However, it is starting now towards modernization through objective justifications and is achieving numerous scientific results. This is a fact now which is neither new nor strange. I remember that, few years ago, I had the honor of accompanying the chief editors with His Highness Prince Salman through their visit to Germany. The amazing surprise that I faced then had been that I realized, at the time of delivering the speeches about cooperation fields, the presence of experts of Science, of Medicine mostly, in Al-Imam University. This does not include very thing as Dr. Abdulla Al-Rifaii provided many information about the multiple scientific modernity in the university. In another aspect, he presented an important subject which necessity is no less than the necessity of the development that we implemented in our country. There is an important aspect that we need to concern about out of our country and this need should not be delayed or neglected. It is our necessary need for proving our media presence out of our country, especially in the countries of scientific advancement such as Britain, Germany, The United States, France and other very important states. The evidence of the importance of this necessity is the continuous surprise shown by one of the Western scientists when he realized the presence of competent scientific knowledge together with the type of construction, medicine services and the youth competent multiple certificates. This is not an easy task. It is a duty that needs an accurate national preparation and implementation practice by authorities of multiple specializations.
