The Security Spokesman of the Interior Ministry stated that the concerned security authorities in collaboration with specialists at Mohammed bin Naif Center for Advise and Care have been able to receive 8 wanted persons, one of them was named on the list of 85 wanted to the security authorities. He added that the Interior Ministry facilitated their return to the Kingdom in coordination with the competent authorities of the states from which they have been returned. The Interpol was informed to stop searching for them. The spokesman said the wanted persons were repatriated with their families upon their arrival in the Kingdom. Medical examinations were conducted to determine their safety and their health status, he said. The spokesman stressed that their initiative to surrender has been taken into consideration and they will be treated in accordance with the applicable procedures in such cases. The spokesman reiterated the call of the Ministry of Interior to all those wanted and deceived to surrender themselves, now that they have realized that evil and sedition figures wanted them to be no more than tools to achieve the objectives of the enemies of religion and homeland. The initiative of surrender will be counted in their favor when their cases are reviewed.
