Tomorrow, Friday, corresponding to July 20, 2012, will be the first day of the holy month of Ramadan according to testimonies reported to the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by adult and wise witnesses, a statement by the Royal Court said this evening, quoting a report by the Supreme Court. According to the report, the Supreme Court has received at its summer headquarters in Taif Province several assurances that the new lunar moon was eye-seen, an evidence that tomorrow will be the first day of the holy month of Ramadan. The Supreme Court avails itself of this opportunity to congratulate the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince, Saudi government and people, Muslim expatriates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all Muslim nation on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to Allah Almighty to help Muslims on fasting the holy month of Ramadan and accept their good deeds. On this occasion, the Ministry of Culture and Information avails itself of this opportunity to congratulate the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense; the Saudi Royal family, citizens and all Muslim nation on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, wishing them easy, successful and acceptable fasting.
